The decision to allow students proceed on the break, with immediate effect, was taken at an emergency meeting of the Senate of the University held on Tuesday, 5th December, 2017, to appraise the situation on campus following the nation-wide industrial strike action embarked upon by the Non-Teaching Staff Unions in Federal government-owned Universities, comprising Non Academic Staff Union (NASU), Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) and National Association of Academic Technologists (NAAT), over alleged disparity in the disbursement of Earned allowance to all the staff unions.<br />
<br />
Students have therefore been asked to vacate their Halls of residence latest by 4:00pm on Wednesday, 6th December, 2017.<br />
<br />
Accordingly, the general public, particularly the Parents/Guardians of the University’s students have been asked to note this latest development and ensure that their children and wards comply with this directive.<br />
<br />
<br />
Students are however, expected to resume on Tuesday, 2nd January, 2018, as lectures will commence on Wednesday, 3rd January.<br />

This is to inform all the candidates that participated in the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, 2017/2018 Post-UTME Computer-based Aptitude Test that the management has released their results.<br />

The OAU Post-UTME Computer-Based Aptitude Test were released as at 5:45 pm on Monday 2nd, October 2017.<br />

HOW TO CHECK OAU POST UTME RESULT</h2>
1. Go to OAU post UTME result checking portal at https://admissions.oauife.edu.ng .<br />
2. Supply your Username and Password in the required columns.<br />
3. Finally, Sign-in to access your OAU post UTME score.<br />
<br />
Note: Checking results of Post-UTME Computer-based Aptitude Test is at no fees. Candidates should beware of touts asking for money for result checking.

All Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) candidates that missed their 2017 Post-UTME Aptitude Test have been re-scheduled for Saturday, 30th September, 2017 8am prompt at Computer Building of the University.<br />
<br />
Please, note that this is the final date.<br />
<br />
Kindly, re-print your e-Slip to confirm your new date/venue/time.<br />
<br />
Candidates that have, also, recently changed institution to OAU, Ile-Ife, and scored 200 and above but could not apply because their JAMB data has not been sent to the University may as well come on Saturday, 30th September, 2017 the same time with their JAMB print-out and Aptitude Test Fee of ₦2,350 only.
