The tuition fee does not cover the living costs such as accommodation, meals, and transportation. All students are required to finance their living costs by themselves.<br /><br /><b>Eligibility</b><br /><br />- Applicants must be International students.<br /><br />- Applicants must have applied or applying to University Of Oulu, Finland.<br /><br />- Applicants must have completed their bachelors degree program in any recognized institution.<br /><br />- Applicants must have outstanding grades.</span></div>

All applicants for University of Oulu Master’s degree programmes need to complete the Student Application Form.<br /><br />Those applicants who are applying for the University of Oulu International Master’s Scholarship have to additionally complete the “Application for Scholarship,” which can be found at the end of the Student Application Form.<br /><br />The International Master’s Scholarship application form cannot be completed and/or submitted without the Student Application Form.</span></div>

He also changed the results of some final year students and stragglers outside the scope of the Departmental decision. <strong style="border: 0px; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Dr. ADEYEMI-SUENU</strong> also awarded grade point of 2.0 to two (2) students in an examination from which they were absent. This is tantamount to manipulation of Students results in contravention of provisions of the Conditions and Scheme of Service for Senior Staff. (i) Jamb Direct Entry Registration slip showing candidates passport.<br />
(ii) O’Level result [of not more than two sittings].<br />
(iii) Certificate of National Diploma from previously attended Institution.<br />
(iv) Transcript of academic results from previously attended Institution.<br />
(v) Birth certificate (or Affidavit equivalent).<br />
(vi) Certificate of origin.<br />
